Jennifer has executed special projects and secured press for Annick Goutal, Melijoe, DevaCurl, Guerlain, Cornelia Spa at the Surrey, Rita Hazan, SalonTech, Goldenberg Dermatology, Circ-Cell Skincare, method products™, Givenchy, AHAVA, Agent Provocateur, Melanie Simon Skincare and others. Currently, Jennifer oversees communications for ZIIP Beauty, Oliver Thomas accessories, Pai Skincare and SugarBear™ Sleep.
Before starting JJBPR in 2006, Jennifer served as the Director of Public Relations at Frédéric Fekkai & Co, where she focused on product launches, strategic partnerships, special events and ongoing brand awareness. Jennifer played a key role in garnering media attention for Frédéric Fekkai, the acclaimed hairstylist, along with his eponymous salons and the Fekkai product line. Both her talent and foresight enabled her to help catapult Fekkai from a national company to an internationally recognized brand name in the luxury goods marketplace (sold to Proctor & Gamble).
Prior to Fekkai, Jennifer was an on-site consultant at M.A.C., where she was instrumental in the launch of Viva Glam V, an initiative that raises money to support people living with HIV/AIDS. In addition, she has also worked for high-profile PR agencies Ketchum Public Relations and LaForce & Stevens, which have collectively enabled her to master the fundamentals of public relations, influencer outreach, and the importance of client relationships.
Jennifer prides herself on developing thorough communications strategies and devising creative and extensive media outreach programs. She believes in quality over quantity when it comes to what makes a successful and memorable multi-platform campaign that will affect a client’s bottom line. Jennifer works with each client to determine individual needs and goals. She has a keen awareness of the power of the media and the importance of developing and maintaining valuable relationships with the press, influencers, makeup artists and her clients, most which have come about through word of mouth.
Jennifer continuously secures placements across all media platforms and serves as a personal brand ambassador for her clients.
